This is always a good story...we provide trade show support for many of our clients not only in design of booths & panels but also the "attendee engagement" aspect of an upcoming show. Of course, we often work with overseas manufacturers which can be challenging not only through language and time but through logistics. We have a rush order for custom made pens and these are being sent to Canada so, it's a bit difficult working through customs and the convention management company. Finally the order is down to the day / hour to ship or miss the show... I request a confirmation of the shipment leaving the dock of the factory (expecting a BOL, or waybill) THIS is what we got....
Yes it arrived on time - we laugh about it now.
